Stephanie Lane MSW, is the Program Manager of the Workforce Collaborative. Stephanie began her career in public service right out of college and worked for the King County RSN for seven years. She co-founded the youth organization Youth ‘N Action (now called Youth Sound) while working on the Children, Youth, and Families System of Care grant. Stephanie began working for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) doing System of Care grant site visits and then was recruited to work on the Mental Health Transformation Grant administered by the Office of the Governor. Stephanie then worked as the Clinical Director at Capital Recovery Center.
Stephanie was brought on as a consultant to work on the Youth and Family Certified Peer Counselor strategic planning process. She collaborated with more than 40 youth and family leaders across Washington giving input into what is now the current Youth and Family Certified Peer Counseling Curriculum.
